Obsession 17 at Northcote in Lancashire featured 23 chefs over 17 days. Editing the previous night’s chef film began at 8am every day, with sporadic filming forays in the kitchen throughout the morning to shoot new footage with that day’s chef. After an interview mid-afternoon, the chef’s service would begin with the first course out by 8:15pm, finishing somewhere around midnight.
